The Maestro Session feature makes it simple for music teachers to invite students to lessons. You can easily schedule lessons with start times that fit your needs, such as 6:00, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45, 7:00, and so on.
Maestro Session Guidelines:
- Eligibility: This feature is available only for current students or those who have completed the "Contact Teacher Form.”
- Single Invite: Only one Maestro Session can be sent to a student at a time. After acceptance, another invite can be sent.
- Expiration: A Maestro Session will automatically cancel after 12 hours if no action is taken by the student.
- No Penalty: Teachers will not be penalized for canceled or expired Maestro Sessions.
- No Spamming: Do not misuse this feature to spam students. Muzeg monitors usage and will revoke access if complaints are received.
- Lesson Types: Maestro Session is available for both individual and package lessons. Trial lessons are not supported.
Note: Maestro Session complements the existing process where students send lesson requests to teachers.
