This guarantee allows you to receive up to two credit refunds for your trial lessons under the following conditions:

The teacher did not show up.
The teacher did not meet your expectations for the class.
The trial lesson was purchased and paid for by you (lessons bought using vouchers are not eligible).

To apply for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, please contact our customer success team within 48 hours after your trial lesson has ended and provide the following information:
