What are Group Classes?

Group Classes on Muzeg™ are online sessions for 2 - 6 students, focusing on topics created by the teacher. These classes follow the Muzeg™ Group Class Rules and allow you to interact with the teacher and fellow students worldwide, helping you improve your musical skills.

Booking a Class

Requesting a Class:

You can request a class as long as it's available and the maximum number of students has not been reached.
Class requests are automatically accepted, and the class will appear in your upcoming lesson list once booked.
No additional students can join once the class is full.

Accessing Class Materials

Viewing Materials:

Class materials can be viewed or downloaded only after purchasing the class.

Cancelling a Class

Cancellation Policy:

Students can cancel a class up to 24 hours before it starts.

During the Class

1. Class Platform:

Attend the class on time. Late arrivals can join, but there are no cancellations, reschedules, or refunds for late attendance.
The class duration is based on the Class Settings.
Inappropriate behavior is unacceptable and may result in warnings or removal from the class.

2. Behavior Policy:

Disruptive behavior, including harassment or discrimination, is not allowed.
Teachers have the authority to remove misbehaving students, who will not be allowed to re-enter the class.

3. Camera Policy:

Students may choose to turn off their cameras if they prefer.

Refund Policy

1. Cancelling for Refund:

Cancel a class request up to 24 hours before it starts to receive a full refund of class credits.
No refunds are allowed within 24 hours of the class start time.

2. Requesting a Refund:

Provide evidence, such as screen recordings or chat records, to support your refund request.
No refunds for students removed due to inappropriate behavior.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours after the class ends.

Final Notes

Muzeg™ reserves the right to assess, resolve, and make final decisions regarding rule violations and other disputes.
