At Muzeg, we ask that everyone respect the safety of our community. Reporting violations helps us improve our services, so if you suspect a violation of our Community Guidelines or other policies, please report it to us immediately.

Reporting Inappropriate Content

The Muzeg community allows you to report any content, so if you see anything inappropriate, please click "Menu” or the three vertical dots (⋮) on the upper right corner of a post or simply long-press its contents. Then, select "Report." This will work for posted videos, comments, or videos in the comments section.

Reporting a User

If you need to report a user, you can do so from your message chatbox or directly from their profile. In your message page, locate the conversation with the user, click "Option," and then select "Report."
Alternatively, visit the user's profile, click the three vertical dots (⋮)  icon, and choose "Report Concern."

Additional Information

Can I report anonymously?
Muzeg guarantees users' privacy when reporting violations and ensures their identities are safe. The reports are treated with utmost confidentiality to prompt users to report freely without fear of victimization.

What happens after my report?
The moderation team scrutinizes all contents and users reported on Muzeg for a balanced evaluation based on platform rules. Safety can be guaranteed by removing content or suspending and terminating the user account, depending on the violation level.

Can I dispute if reported unfairly?
This could be from the perspective of a reported and punished individual who might want to appeal. The users can appeal with Muzeg or trigger appeals, which Muzeg will examine to see if the previous decision was defensible.

Muzeg regularly reviews the reporting system. Feedback and reports from our community help us improve the platform, ensuring a safe environment for every Muzeg user.
