If you come across inappropriate comments or conduct in Muzeg’s discussions, video lessons, or forums, please click on "flag” so that they are reported. This helps our team resolve such issues promptly.

Go to the user’s profile and press "Report Concern.” This will alert our support team, which will then open an investigation file accordingly.
Control Interactions
You can use the "Block” option located on the user’s profile if you don’t want them to interact with you anymore. They won’t be able to message you, start chats, or send friend requests.
Manage Notifications
When a user makes annoying notifications and messages but doesn’t want to block him/her completely, apply the "Mute” function. This minimizes disruptions.

You can adjust your privacy settings to control who can contact you on Muzeg. This enhances your comfort and experience on the platform.
Effective Reporting to Muzeg Support:
When contacting support, provide comprehensive details:
- Include a link to the user’s profile page or their User ID.
- Upload evidence like screenshots, messages, emails, or links as attachments.
- For instance, when on a video call, take a screenshot of your computer screen and then paste it either into a Word program or Paint.
- After saving the screenshot, you can attach it to your report.
