What's a Q&A Call?
Reaching the Q&A call stage is an impressive milestone! This optional call is part of the Muzeg teacher application process. Learning how to book a Q&A call on Muzeg allows you and other potential teachers to meet with a Muzeg representative to ask any questions about teaching music on Muzeg.
How Do I Book a Q&A Call?
Only pre-approved applicants can book a Q&A call. Here's how to do it:
- Log in to https://teach.muzeg.com.
- Complete ID verification as outlined in the FAQ section (see: "How to Pass ID Verification?").
- Click 'Start' to continue the onboarding process. Once you've completed the onboarding and passed the necessary quizzes, you can schedule the optional Q&A call.
- Go to the call booking page.
- Once booked, you'll see a call confirmation page.
Can I Reschedule or Cancel the Call?
Absolutely. Click the reschedule or cancel button at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Tips for a Successful Q&A Call
- Prepare your questions in advance to make the most of the time.
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Join the call a few minutes early to resolve any technical issues.
