Guidelines
- Format: JPG, PNG, or GIF.
- Size: Up to 2 MB; minimum 200 × 200 px (square crop recommended).
- Quality: Sharp, in focus, and well-exposed (not blurry or grainy).
- Background: Plain, clean, and non-distracting.
- Solo picture: Only you in the frame (no groups, no cut-outs).
- Eyes visible: No sunglasses or heavy shadows covering the eyes.
- Lighting: Even, natural light works best; avoid harsh backlight.
- Framing: Head and shoulders centered; face clearly recognizable.
- No logos or contact info: Don’t add watermarks, URLs, phone numbers, or ads.
- No misleading edits: Avoid filters/effects that significantly alter your appearance.
Good vs. Bad Profile Pictures
Good picture:
- Friendly, professional appearance.
- Clear, well-lit, and evenly exposed.
- Close-up headshot; face easy to recognize.
Bad picture:
- Blurry, dark, or overexposed.
- Includes other people or busy background.
- Face obscured (sunglasses, heavy filters, mask not required by context).
How to Upload or Update Your Photo
- Open your Dashboard and go to Profile → Profile Settings.
- Choose Profile Photo (or Edit) and Upload your image (JPG/PNG/GIF, ≤ 2 MB).
- Adjust the crop if prompted, then click Save.
Review Process
Profile photos are checked for guideline compliance and professionalism. Reviews typically complete within a few business days (times may vary). If you need to change availability, please update your Availability in settings—no profile photo change required.
