Creating a profile, applying to become a teacher, and setting up your courses and availability on Muzeg™ are all completely free. However, once a lesson or package is completed, Muzeg™ Commission Fees are applied, with a 30% commission based on the teacher's listed lesson price.

• Muzeg™ does not charge any commission or fee for withdrawing your Muzeg™ wallet balance (except for express withdrawal). Different payment methods may have varying fees (see Payment & Withdrawal FAQs).

Payment Details for Lesson Packages

When a student purchases a Lesson Package, Muzeg™ receives the total for that package, not the teacher. After each completed lesson, the teacher will receive an average package price (total package price divided by the number of lessons), with Muzeg™’s 30% fee withheld and only paid to Muzeg™ when all lessons have been completed. This transaction will appear in your finance account.

Upon completing the package, the teacher will receive the same lesson price as before plus the total amount of the Muzeg™ commission for the entire Lesson Package. This is why the final lesson transaction appears larger than usual. After this, the total Muzeg™ Lesson Package commission (30% of the total package price) will be deducted. In the case of partial payment, the commission will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

Example

A student buys a Lesson Package containing ten lessons for $10 in Muzeg™. For each completed lesson, the teacher will receive $7 in Muzeg™ wallet (the average cost of 1 lesson is $10.00 in Muzeg™, and the teacher gets 70% of this). Muzeg™ will deduct the 30% commission.
