Muzeg™ Classroom is the built-in video room for smooth, effective music lessons. It supports screen sharing and works on desktop and mobile—no extra app required. Just sign in with a supported browser and click Enter Classroom when it’s time.

Choose Muzeg™ Classroom at Booking

When you schedule a lesson, pick your date and time, then select Muzeg™ Classroom as the communication tool.
Teachers: You can also choose Muzeg™ Classroom when sending a Lesson Invitation.

Using Muzeg™ Classroom — Step by Step

1. Enter the Classroom
   • Students: Open your Student Dashboard, find your upcoming lesson, and click Enter Classroom.
   • Teachers: Open your Teacher Dashboard, locate the lesson, and click to join.
2. Run the Pre-Lesson Check
   Use the pre-lesson device check to confirm your camera, microphone, and speakers are working before you start.
3. Share Your Screen (optional)
   Click the Screen Sharing button on the bottom toolbar. When prompted, allow screen sharing, choose a window or app, then click Share. Click again to stop sharing.
4. Private Notes
   Take notes during the lesson—only you can see them, and they’re saved automatically.
5. End the Lesson
   Click END (top-left). Leave quick feedback so we can keep improving your Muzeg™ experience.

 

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Use headphones and a dedicated mic if possible to reduce echo and improve clarity.
• Keep your browser up to date and allow camera/microphone permissions when prompted.
• If something isn’t working, try another supported browser, close other video apps, and check your internet connection.
• On iPad, you can join lessons, but screen sharing isn’t available in Safari.
