Muzeg offers a business account designed for businesses, organizations, and schools to facilitate music lessons. With a Muzeg Business Account, administrators gain access to management tools that enhance lesson organization and increase member involvement.

How to Log in to Muzeg Business Account

Admin Account Access: After signing up, the Business Account is ready, and the Business administrators can sign in to the Muzeg Business using their administrator profile and password.

Downloading Reports

All Members' Monthly Report: Access the report in the Muzeg Members Report.
Individual Learning Report: Access individual reports at Muzeg Individual Reports.

Purchasing and Managing Credits

Buying Credits: The "Buy Credits” button is available for credit purchases. After clicking on it, the administrators will be redirected to the page that lists Muzeg's banking details for bank transfers.
Managing Credits: This program is very secure because only administrators can add or remove credits, allowing them to monitor the account’s credit balance easily.

Managing Members

Add a New Member: In the middle of the page alongside the "Buy Credits” heading, click the option "Add a New Member.” It should be noted that admins can invite only people with no accounts on Muzeg. If you have an existing email registered on this website under Muzeg, it is advised to contact Muzeg support.
Set as Administrator: Numerous users can be added or removed, and administrators can grant full access to all BOS functions for all users.
Deactivate/Activate a Member: They have control of the members' activation status.

Account Settings

Edit Company Profile: Administrators can update the company profile at Muzeg Organization Settings. This includes:

Display Name
Legal Name
VAT ID Number
Country
Billing Address
Contact Information
Phone Number

After completing your edits, don't forget to click "save".
