Keeping your account secure is essential. Whether you’ve forgotten your password or just want to update it, here’s how to change or reset your Muzeg™ password.

Reset your Muzeg™ password (Forgot Password)

  1. Go to muzeg.com/login and click Forgot Password?
  2. You’ll be taken to the reset page. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.

Change your Muzeg™ password (when logged in)

  1. From the top-right avatar menu, choose Settings.
  2. Open Password/Email and click Update Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password, and click Save.
