Whether you’ve changed your primary email or need to fix a typo, follow these steps to update the email you use to log in to Muzeg™.
Steps to Change Your Login Email
- Sign in at muzeg.com/login.
- Click your profile picture (top-right) and choose Settings.
- On the left, open Account Settings ▸ Password/Email.
- Switch to the Email tab.
- Enter your new email address and confirm with your current password if prompted.
- Click Save.
- Check your new inbox for a verification email and follow the link (if shown). Until verified, you may still receive mail at the old address.


Troubleshooting
- No verification email: Check Spam/Junk, then use resend if available. Whitelist hello@muzeg.com.
- Email already in use: Try a different address or contact support.
- Signed up with Google/Apple? If you use a third-party login and don’t have a Muzeg password, update the email with that provider; the sign-in email is managed there.
Why keep it updated?
- Access & recovery: Receive receipts, lesson reminders, and reset links.
- Security: Prevents lockouts if an old mailbox is retired or compromised.
