Add a phone number on Muzeg™ to strengthen account security and make recovery easier. Follow the steps below to add or update your number.

Steps to Add Your Phone Number

Sign in at muzeg.com/login.
Click your profile picture (top-right) and choose Settings.
Open Account Settings from the left panel, then select Personal Info.
Find the Phone Number field and click Add or Edit.
Select your country code and enter your phone number.
Click Save.
If prompted, complete verification by entering the code sent to your phone.

Troubleshooting

No code received: Confirm the number and country code, ensure signal/data, then request a new code.
Entered the wrong number: Return to Personal Info, edit the number, and save again.
Number already in use: Use a different number or contact support.

Why add a phone number?

Security & recovery: Easier identity checks and account recovery.
Contact: Helps your teacher/support reach you when appropriate. (Primary alerts still come via in-app notifications and email; SMS availability may vary.)
