After submitting a withdrawal request on Muzeg, the processing timelines for payments are as follows:
Payment Processing Schedule
For PayPal and Stripe:
- If you submit a request between the 1st and 15th of the month:
- Payment will be sent between the 16th and the 26th of the same month (at the latest).
- If you submit a request between the 16th and 30/31st of the month:
- Payment will be sent between the 1st and the 10th of the next month (at the latest).
Time Zone Consideration
Payments are calculated according to UTC (+0) (Coordinated Universal Time).
Example: If you submit a withdrawal request using PayPal on the 12th, the request will be collected on the 15th. Payment will be sent any time between the 16th and the 26th.
How to Check Your Payment Status
After submitting your withdrawal request, you can check your payment status by clicking "Withdrawal History” on your My Wallet page. You can find your estimated payment date and time by clicking "View Details”.
Payment Status Definitions
- Pending Approval: Your request hasn’t been processed yet. You can still edit the payment method, account email address, and payment amount, or cancel the request. Only express withdrawals can be made at this stage.
- Payment Pending: Your request is in the processing phase. You can’t edit, cancel, or make an express withdrawal unless you contact support to cancel the pending request first.
- Completed: Your payment has been sent to you.
- Canceled: This can happen if the payment information is incorrect/incomplete or if you cancel the request yourself.
Additional Information
Multiple Withdrawal Requests: You can only submit one withdrawal request per payment cycle. Submitting another request within the same cycle will be considered an edit to the first request, not a new withdrawal.
