Can You Edit or Cancel a Withdrawal Request?
- Pending Approval: If your withdrawal request is still pending approval, you can edit or cancel it.
- Approved: Once your withdrawal request has been approved and Muzeg is in the process of sending money to you, it cannot be edited or canceled.
How to Edit or Cancel Your Withdrawal Request
- Go to My Wallet:
- Navigate to your My Wallet section on the Muzeg platform.
- Access Withdrawal History:
- Click on Withdrawal History to view your submitted requests.
- View Details:
- Click View Details for the specific request you want to edit or cancel.
- Edit or Cancel:
- If the request is pending approval, you will see options to either Edit or Cancel the request.
Multiple Withdrawal Requests
- You can only submit one withdrawal request per payment cycle.
- Submitting another withdrawal request within the same payment cycle (e.g., between the 1st and 15th or the 16th and 30/31st) will be treated as an edit to your first request, not a new withdrawal.
