Requirements for PayPal Withdrawals

1) Set up your PayPal account

• Create a PayPal account (Business or Personal, per your country’s rules) and complete PayPal’s verification.
• Connect your PayPal to your Muzeg™ profile. See How to Edit or Disconnect Your PayPal Account on Muzeg .

2) Link your bank account to PayPal

• In your PayPal account, open Settings and add a bank account (labels vary by region).
• Match currencies where possible to reduce conversion charges. Review PayPal’s local fees.

PayPal Payouts (formerly MassPay)

• Used for standard and express withdrawals on Muzeg.
• PayPal charges are determined by your country and payout method; recipients typically receive the payout amount while fees are borne by the sender or handled per Muzeg’s fee policy. Check How to Get Paid and Understand Withdrawal Fees on Muzeg.

PayPal Individual Pay

• May be used to re-send a previously failed payout.
• Final amount received can differ based on PayPal’s fee schedule and currency conversion. See the fees article above.

Important Notes

• If a Payout fails due to an issue with the PayPal account, Muzeg may re-attempt via Individual Pay after you update your details.
• Fees and availability vary by country and currency. Always verify on Muzeg’s "Withdrawal Fees” FAQ and your local PayPal fee page.

Steps to Withdraw via PayPal

Add PayPal as your payment method

1. Open Withdrawal Settings in your Muzeg dashboard.
2. Enter your PayPal email. Your PayPal info will be saved for future withdrawals.

Submit a withdrawal request

1. Go to My Wallet.
2. Click Withdraw and follow the prompts.
3. You can submit only one withdrawal request per payment cycle (1–15 and 16–30/31). Submitting another within the same cycle updates the first request, not a new one.
