Stripe Account: Ensure you have a valid Stripe account to receive funds. If Stripe is unavailable in your country, consider a different payment provider or contact Muzeg support for assistance.

How to Connect a Stripe Account

Go to Withdrawal Settings:

  1. Access your withdrawal settings on Muzeg.

Connect Stripe Account:

  1. If you already have a Stripe account, click "Connect".
  2. Follow the instructions on the Stripe website to connect your account. Once connected, Muzeg can send your payment.

Create a Stripe Account:

  1. If you do not have a Stripe account, click "Create an Account".
  2. Enter your bank information. Stripe will use this information to process your withdrawal request.
  3. You may need to provide additional documents, such as a copy of your ID or a bank statement.
  4. New applications can take several business days to review. After approval, you will receive an email confirmation.

Steps to Submit a Withdrawal Request:

  1. Go to My Wallet:
    •    Navigate to the My Wallet section on Muzeg.
  2. Click Withdraw:
    •    Click "Withdraw" next to My Balance.
  3. Select "Bank Transfer (by Stripe)":
    •    If you don’t see this option, choose "+ use another withdrawal method" and create or connect your Stripe account.
  4. Review the details and enter your password to confirm your request.
