Requirements for Bank Transfer via PayPal

To receive withdrawals via PayPal to your bank, you need a valid PayPal account. If PayPal withdrawals aren’t available in your country, choose another payout method or contact Muzeg™ Support.

How to Connect a PayPal Account

  1. Open your Muzeg™ dashboard and go to Withdrawal Settings.
  2. If you already have a PayPal account, select Connect and complete the PayPal sign-in/authorization flow.
  3. If you don’t have a PayPal account, select Create an account and follow PayPal’s steps. PayPal may request ID and bank details per their verification rules.

Withdrawal Process and Timelines

Muzeg has two monthly withdrawal cycles. You can submit only one request per cycle; a second submission in the same cycle updates the first request rather than creating a new one.

Submission window What happens
1st–15th of the month Collected mid-month, then paid in the next payout window (see Payment Timelines for exact dates).
16th–30th/31st of the month Collected end-of-month, then paid in the next payout window (see Payment Timelines for exact dates).

Tip: After submitting, open My Wallet → Withdrawal History → View Details to see status and your estimated payout window.

Steps to Submit a Withdrawal Request

  1. Go to My Wallet.
  2. Click Withdraw next to My Balance.
  3. Select Bank Transfer (by PayPal). If you don’t see it, choose + use another withdrawal method and connect PayPal.
  4. Review the details and confirm.

Fees for Bank Transfer via PayPal

Fees vary by country, currency, and route (local transfer vs SWIFT), and may change. For current numbers, see Muzeg Payment and Withdrawal Fees Overview and your local PayPal fee page.

Editing or Canceling a Withdrawal

You can edit or cancel while the request is pending approval. Once approved/processing, it can’t be changed. See Editing or Canceling a Withdrawal Request on Muzeg.
