You choose the PayPal email on each withdrawal request. If you’ve saved a default under Settings ▸ Payments ▸ PayPal Email, it will pre-fill in the request form—you can change it before submitting.
Tip: To update your default email for future requests, go to Settings → Payments → PayPal Email and save the new address.

Choose Bank Payout in the request modal. You can enter your bank details in the form or save them ahead of time under Settings → Payments → Bank Account (Bank name, Account number/IBAN, IFSC/SWIFT, etc.).
No. Because the PayPal email is supplied per request (and optionally stored as your default in Settings), there’s nothing to disconnect inside PayPal. Contact PayPal only for issues with your PayPal account itself.
