Unfortunately, you cannot directly edit, delete, or cancel the Stripe withdrawal email address or bank transfer information via Stripe on Muzeg. The process requires interaction with Stripe customer support. Here are the steps you need to follow:
Steps to Edit or Disconnect Your Stripe Account
Prepare Necessary Information:
- Your personal Muzeg ID (found in your profile link).
- The currently connected Stripe email address.
- The new or correct email address you want to use.
Contact Stripe Support:
- Provide Stripe with the information prepared in Step 1.
- Request that they disconnect your account from Muzeg.

Email Confirmation:
- After you receive an email confirmation from Stripe that your account has been disconnected, proceed to the next step.

- Inform Muzeg support about the disconnection so they can update their system.

Reconnect Stripe Account:
- Once Muzeg has updated the change, go to your Withdrawal Settings on Muzeg.
- Click "Create an Account" or "Connect" to link your new Stripe account with your Muzeg account.
If you only want to disconnect or cancel your Stripe account with Muzeg without connecting a new one, contacting Stripe support for disconnection is sufficient. After disconnection, your withdrawal record on Muzeg will return to its default status without any linked Stripe account email.
