You can withdraw your Muzeg™ wallet balance in USD to a bank account. Availability and onboarding flow depend on your country and account type.

Requirements

• An active bank account in your legal name (or your registered business name).
• Completed identity verification (KYC) if prompted.
• A country supported for bank payouts.

Set up your bank details

1. Go to Profile picture ▸ Settings ▸ Payments ▸ Bank Account.
2. Enter the required fields (e.g., Bank Name, Beneficiary/Account Holder Name, Bank Account Number, IFSC/SWIFT, and Bank Address), then click Save.

 

Submit a withdrawal (Bank payout)

1. Go to Dashboard ▸ Wallet ▸ Withdraws and click Request Withdrawal.
2. Select Bank Payout.
3. Enter the Amount (USD) and review the displayed Transaction Fee estimate.
4. Optionally add a note, then click Send Request.

 

Fees & minimums

• Minimum: $30 USD.
• Muzeg™ fee: No additional platform fee for standard withdrawals.
• Provider/bank fees: Vary by country and method. The withdrawal dialog shows an estimated Transaction Fee. Your bank may also apply receiving/FX fees.

No cancel button

There is no in-app cancel option for submitted withdrawals. If you made a mistake, email hello@muzeg.com immediately with your Withdrawal ID, amount, and the correct details. The team can only intervene if the request hasn’t been processed yet.
