Requirements for Stripe Withdrawals

To receive payments via Stripe, you must have a valid Stripe account capable of receiving funds. Stripe supports most countries but may have different requirements depending on the country.

How to Connect a Stripe Account

Go to Withdrawal Settings:

  1. Access your withdrawal settings on the Muzeg platform.

Connect an Existing Stripe Account:

  1. Click "Connect".
  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe website. Follow the instructions to connect your account. Once connected, Muzeg can send your payment.

Create a New Stripe Account:

  1. If you do not have a Stripe account, click "Create an Account".
  2. New applications may take several business days to review. You will receive an email confirmation with further details.
  3. You may be asked to provide additional documentation, such as a copy of your ID, Certificate of Incorporation, bank statement, or other documents.

Steps to Submit a Withdrawal Request Using Stripe

  1. Go to My Wallet:
    •    Navigate to the My Wallet section on Muzeg.
  2. Click Withdraw:
    •    Click "Withdraw" next to My Balance.
  3. Select Stripe:
    •    Choose Stripe as your withdrawal method.
    •    Click "Create an Account" or "Connect" if you have not previously used this method.
  4. Enter Stripe Account Information:
    •    Enter your Stripe email address and your Muzeg password.
  5. Submit the Request:
    •    Click "Submit" to send the request. Your Stripe information will be saved for future withdrawals.
