I’ve recently started singing more regularly (and maybe talking a bit too much, haha), and I’ve noticed my voice feeling strained or tired at times. I know vocal health is super important, especially for singers, teachers, or anyone who uses their voice a lot, so I want to make sure I’m taking care of it properly.
