Before you delete
- Notify your students: Send a short message about your last teaching date and any next steps.
- Handle scheduled lessons: Cancel or reschedule upcoming bookings as appropriate.
- Settle payments: Process refunds if required and withdraw any wallet balance.
- Save records: Download any invoices or receipts you need for your files.
Delete your account
- Open Account Settings from the left sidebar.
- Select Delete My Account in the settings list.
- Review the warning, then click Delete My Account and confirm in the prompt.

What happens next
- Your account data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
- Students will no longer be able to book with you.
- Any unresolved bookings or balances should be settled before deletion.
Reactivation & data
Deletion is permanent. To teach again in the future, you’ll need to register a new teacher profile.
